This week we talk about economics, families, education, and governments through different ages in history. Then we talk about different kinds of producers, including entrepreneurs, and their role in preserving freedom. Be sure to participate in the brainstorming activity!
1-Read the Introduction and Chapter 1 on Purpose in Resolved: 13 Resolutions for LIFE
2-Read the Foreward and first 4 tales from The Richest Man in Babylon
1-Journal how you are living Resolution 1 this week. Include any inspiration you may have received, struggle you may have come up against, or thoughts you have about it.
2-After reading the Seven Cures for a Lean Purse from "The Richest Man in Babylon", list each cure and tell what it means to you in your own words.
Try the brainstorming activity on your own with things in and around your home. What ideas do you have to create a product or service? Write them down so you can use them later in this course.
Be sure to participate by submitting your writings and commenting on what others have to say in the discussion forum. You should have received a separate e-mail with information about how to access the discussion forum.
